6-mile Training Walk (Ebisu -> Daikanyama -> Nakameguro Park -> Meguro River -> Osaki)

After lunch, I did another training walk from Ebisu to Daikanyama to along Meguro to Osaki! :D Grateful to still be alive! GO TEAM!

Training Walk (Ginza->Shimbashi->Hibiya Park->Imperial Palace)

After a morning jog and lunch, I did another training walk from Ginza to Hibiya Park to Imperial Palace in the heat. Too hot but beautiful! :D Grateful to still be alive! GO TEAM!

6-mile Training run! (Koenji <-> Asagaya x 6)

Due to the abnormally hot weather, I did a 6-mile training between my home station Koenji and the next station Asagaya under the train tracks in the shade. :) 異常な暑さのため、日陰の線路下で、自宅駅の高円寺と隣駅の阿佐ヶ谷間の6マイルのトレーニングをしました。 :)

Training Walk (Yokohama: Nippon Maru -> Kishamichi -> Red Bricks -> Ohjimbashi Pier -> Yamashita Park -> Chinatown )

During Golden Week break, I also did a training walk in Yokohama with fellow Japan for Livestrong leader Toshiaki-san as we prepare for a Livestrong Day walk event next month in June in honor and memory of those affected by cancer. Nippon Maru -> Kishamichi -> Red Bricks -> Ohjimbashi Pier -> Yamashita Park -> Chinatown. Grateful! GO TEAM!

During Golden Week break, I did a training walk from Tokyo Skytree, the tallest tower in Japan, to Asakusa and Sensoji Temple. Grateful! GO TEAM!
