After a morning jog and lunch, I did another training walk from Ginza to Hibiya Park to Imperial Palace in the heat. Too hot but beautiful! :D Grateful to still be alive! GO TEAM!

Due to the abnormally hot weather, I did a 6-mile training between my home station Koenji and the next station Asagaya under the train tracks in the shade. :) 異常な暑さのため、日陰の線路下で、自宅駅の高円寺と隣駅の阿佐ヶ谷間の6マイルのトレーニングをしました。 :)

During Golden Week break, I also did a training walk in Yokohama with fellow Japan for Livestrong leader Toshiaki-san as we prepare for a Livestrong Day walk event next month in June in honor and memory of those affected by cancer. Nippon Maru -> Kishamichi -> Red Bricks -> Ohjimbashi Pier -> Yamashita Park -> Chinatown. Grateful! GO TEAM!

After stopping by St. Luke's International University, I did a training walk from Tsukiji to Hama-rikyu Gardens. On the way, I passed by the National Cancer Center where I had cancer treatment twice and I still go for follow-up checkups given my blood cancer type is hard to cure. Hama-rikyu Gardens are always beautiful and peaceful! Grateful! GO TEAM!
